In todays world, people tend to focus on the negative - and I know it feels like there is a lot of that about. Looking for the joy in our lives can take a little bit of effort and that is what this podcast is all about. We could all do with a positive outlook. We could all do with a bit more joy in our lives, whether it be learning new skills, learning how to deal with what life throws at us or seeing the joy in household tasks which we didn't before.
